	Responsible for all the activities in the warehouse.

	Monitoring timely order processing /dispatches/ Collection entries in system.

	Ensuring MIS reports are prepared and sent to respective in-charges.

	Checking for any pending work and give instructions to carry out those to respective person.

	Check that every person has completed his /her work according to the SOP.

	Ensure that all functions are carried out smoothly in warehouse and each employee
	is assigned work according to the requirement and it is being carried out.

	Monitoring man power and it's optimum utilizations.

	Coordinating with Principle company.

Executive-MIS

Education: Any Graduate	Gender: Male
Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years	Technical Skills: Good analytical and projecting skills Good verbal and written communication skills.

	Carry out data analysis, profiling and conversions of the report(s)
	generated as and when required by the Line of Business.

	Representing various data analysis and statistic periodically (daily, weekly, monthly).

	Coordinating across location for data.

	Maintain data as per requirement of management authority by
	use of various aspects like charts, graphics, dashboard, pivot table etc.

	Forecasting, Projecting & Analyzing the reports

	Handling Queries/Complaints

	Understand requirements, design formats, deploy formats

	Good Communication skills and data analytical.

	Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot table
	& pivot charts and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.

	Preparing & Analyse Report & other statement with a view apprise management of
	process operating and assist of critical making process by using Ms-Excel, MS-Access and other reporting tools..

Quality Executive

Education: Science Graduate with Quality certification Course	Gender: Male/ Female
Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years	Technical Skills: Good communication skills & presentation skills

	Manage implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems
	pertaining to the quality control and regulatory functions.

	Implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality.

	Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

	Responsible for documentation related to Quality System guidelines.

	Provide leadership for developing and directing Quality improvement initiatives
	(Cost-of-Quality reductions, Audit system, CAPA system, etc.) for all products, processes and services.

	Responsible for maintaining the Company’s internal audit program (including quality)
	and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all Audits – internal and external.

	Responsible for training of all company personnel in the requirements,
	documentation and maintenance of the corporate Quality System.

	Report on timely basis to MR on the performance of the quality system,
	any non-compliance issues and recommended actions.

	Monitor activities to ensure compliance with core quality measures.

	Gather, analyze and manage quality related data.

	Support and perform Quality Internal Auditors’ training to ensure continual staff of trained auditors.

	Represent the management for all external Quality Audits as and when required/directed.

Technology

Computer Operator

Education: HSC or Any Graduate	Experience Req.: 1 to 2 years
Gender: Male/Female	Technical Skills: MS Office Understanding of warehouse operations. Good verbal & written communication skills. Coordinating skills. Ability to prepare & analyse reports. Listening skills. Documentation - filing & recording. Willingness to take additional responsibilities.

	Update Dispatch details/POD in system.

	Processing sales order & credit notes.

	Generating invoices & STN (Stock transfer Note).

	Process Goods Receipt Note.

	Coordinate with warehouse staff for on time delivery of dispatch materials.

	Handling queries of parties regarding supply/service issues.

	Prepare Monthly GRN, Sales return & STO reports in excel.

	Pass collection entries in system.

	Maintaining records of cheques/DD.

	Preparing MIS reports.

	Assisting in implementing and documenting for ISO processes.

Business Analyst

Education: BSC /BCA /MCA /BCS	Gender: Male Only
Years of Experience:4 to 6 years	Technical Skills:

	Understand the business process of the company and how it is performed.
	Develop knowledge and expertise on principal company's domain.

	Analyze business processes and provide consultation for functional requirement of processes.
	try to map the same as available in vanilla or available customization.

	Determine how to improve existing business process. Identify ways to improve
	performance at work, discuss improvements in existing process to benefit the team,
	users, and external customer and in turn the organization.
	Support initiatives of others to develop the organization and self.

	Review existing tools of functions and improvise on them to enhance performance.

	Validate change requirements in line with the requirement and negotiate with Client.

	Maintain and update documents for system and business processes.
	Build relevant documents in support of the objectives of the principal company
	and to define the required solution.

	Design the features of IT systems (create functional requirements).
	Raise requests for development / customization based on requirements.

	To test as per scenarios mentioned in BRD before UAT phase.

	Takes ownership for any system issues resolution.

	Problem solving to avoid any escalation. In case of slippages, ensure timely escalations.

	Support the UAT activities of the solution to gain agreement and alignment of the solution.

	User Training for system flow and preparing / validating User Manuals.

	Understand the functional flows of solution and Coordinate with Vendor support team for:
	Queries related to the system flow.
	Issues identified and raised.
	Follow-up on support tickets.

	Coordinate with customer team. Support regular communication with principal,
	manage customer inquiries and provide resolution.

	Communicate on an on-going basis with the user and get periodic feedback
	to understand their level of satisfaction. Manage their expectations.
	Support daily issues / queries raised by the end users.
